  • 53 Electrical/Mechanical Engineer Review drawings to be released to manufacture, create Engineering Release Order (ER) detailing item/quantities to build

  • 55 Clerk Reproduce and distributes ERO and drawings to Planning

  • 56 Configuration Engineer Update Engineering Document List and CCT Tree Tracking File with ERO data

MANUFACTURING

  • 60 QC Inspector Inspect raw material, common off the shelf items, custom manufacturing details and electrical/mechanical assemblies for conformity to drawings and specifications.

  • 61 General Mechanic Provides oversite for organizing, planning and assigning work to manufacturing personnel and assuring all work conforms to established procedures and specifications.

  • 62 Planner Determine make/buy decisions from ERO then prepare manufacturing orders to build products or purchase requisitions to buy items. Main interface between Program Manager and manufacturing, included as part of Management.

  • 63 Wireperson Performs detailed assembly and wiring of components to specifications.

  • 64 Fabricator A Performs detailed manufacturing and assembly of components per drawings and specifications
    65 Painter Assures efficient and proper priming, painting and surface treatment of products to specifications.

  • 66 Welder Performs efficient and proper welding, brazing and soldering of parts and materials to specifications.

  • 67 Machinist Operates specialized equipment for the machining of milled, turned and ground parts in a variety of materials to specifications.

  • 68 Fabricator C Assists all other departments with various phases of manufacture and assembly.

  • 69 Fabricator B Responsible for the detail manufacturing and assembly of components.
