C-17 Cargo Compartment Trainer (CCT)

The C-17 Globemaster took to the skies in 1993 as a tactical cargo aircraft. The C-17 Cargo Compartment Trainer (CCT) is a high-fidelity C-17 fuselage mockup used for Cargo Loadmaster training. The CCT is also utilized in training scenarios for specialized roles such as aero-medical evacuation and humanitarian relief.

The C-17 Cargo Compartment Trainer (CCT) provides realistic cargo load training. The CCT’s cargo floor, cargo ramp & door, and active winch retrieval system is designed to accurately simulate the C-17’s operation and functionality. Pre-assembled cargo load mockups are used for various training scenarios and stored in a cargo loading dock.

P-8A Poseidon Maintenance Trainers

As the Navy's newest aircraft, the P-8A is tasked with conducting anti-submarine warfare (ASW), anti-surface warfare (ASUW), and shipping interdiction. The P-8A Ordnance Load Trainer (OLT) is a full-scale ordnance loading and maintenance trainer engineered and manufactured by Safety Training Systems. The OLT provides multiple, high-fidelity training scenarios for ordnance loading and maintenance R&I tasks for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft. STS is involved with the manufacture and installation of the several other Maintenance, Parts Task Trainers (PTT), Mission, & Weapons Tactics Trainers (WTT).

KASOTC - Anti-Terrorism Trainer

STS engineered and manufactured an Anti-Terrorism Trainer for the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC) in Amman, Jordan. The Trainer is an Airbus A-300 mockup w/ Boeing B777 attributes. It is designed for Special Forces ingress training and anti-terrorist training.

KC-46 Maintenance Trainers

The Boeing KC-46 Pegasus is a military aerial refueling and strategic military transport aircraft developed by Boeing from its 767 jet airliner. In February 2011, the tanker was selected by the United States Air Force (USAF) as the winner in the KC-X tanker competition to replace older Boeing KC-135 Stratotankers. STS designed and manufacture a suite of high-fidelity maintenance trainers focused on: flight controls, landing gear, fuels, & engine/APU training.
